ACU UNIVERSITY CAR PARK

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

• Property & Setting: This project involved a large, multi-level underground car park at ACU, with extensive concrete ceilings, structural columns and wide vehicle bays. The space required a clean, highly visible finish to improve safety, navigation and overall presentation.
• Scope: Our team fully repainted the car park interior, including concrete columns, ceilings and service areas. Surfaces were cleaned and prepared before painting, with works staged to maintain safe access and facility use. Line marking and directional elements were integrated.
• Finishes & Colour Palette: A practical, high-contrast scheme was applied. Columns were finished in white with bright yellow bands for visibility and impact protection, while ceilings remained a natural concrete tone. Durable coatings suitable for high-traffic environments were used throughout, complemented by crisp white line marking and clear directional signage.
• Result: The completed ACU Car Park is now significantly brighter, safer, and easier to navigate for all users. The fresh, high-quality paintwork enhances visibility throughout the space, clearly defines individual parking bays and traffic flow patterns, and delivers a clean, professional appearance that’s built to withstand heavy daily use and maintain its appeal over time.
