KEY HIGHLIGHTS

• Property & Setting: This project involved a large, open‑plan commercial space in Marsden Park with high ceilings, exposed steel beams and extensive ductwork. The shell was raw and industrial, calling for a cohesive finish that respected its utilitarian character while making it more welcoming.
• Scope: Our painters completed a full interior programme, cleaning, repairing, and priming the steel structure, ducting, wall panels, and ceilings. Scissor lifts enabled safe access to high areas. Work was coordinated with the new timber panel installation and floor protection.
• Finishes & Colour Palette: A bold yet refined palette was chosen. Ceilings, beams and ducting were coated in a deep charcoal to visually recess services, while walls received a mid‑grey finish and the floor a durable light‑grey coating. A feature wall of warm timber planks adds texture and warmth to balance the darker tones; all finishes are low‑sheen to reduce glare and maintain a clean, industrial aesthetic.
• Result: The completed Marsden Park interior blends industrial appeal with sophistication. The dark ceiling and beams unify the space and conceal services, the timber cladding introduces natural warmth, and the seamless grey floor ties everything together. High‑quality coatings and meticulous preparation deliver a professional, durable environment ready for commercial use.
